This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of camera ordering, inventory oversight, and fulfillment -- oversee the relationship with our factory, keep precise inventory records, and guarantee that new customers obtain and activate cameras in alignment with our sales trajectory.
• Establish and manage US camera servicing operations, encompassing returns, repairs, and warranty coordination.
• Be responsible for the complete execution of US commercial agreements -- collaborate with the sales team on commercial terms, draft and revise customer contracts, and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Develop and sustain the contract lifecycle process, which includes workflow tools, signing authority routing, and playbooks that facilitate faster and more consistent future contracting.
• Oversee legacy contract obligations from an acquired business and ensure ongoing compliance with current customer agreements.
• Create internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address operational gaps as the company expands.
• Recognize and implement automation opportunities across customer operations workflows -- the aim is to create a function that scales without proportionately increasing headcount.
• 4-7 years of experience in business or operations roles, with direct involvement in hardware logistics, customer contract management, or both.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred -- you have worked in a Series A or B setting and are adept at functioning without a predefined playbook.
• Previous experience in management consulting or investment banking is advantageous -- we appreciate the analytical rigor and high work standards that accompany it.
• Background in a regulated industry is a significant advantage; experience in medical devices, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), or health tech with a hardware element is ideal.
• A systems thinker who not only executes tasks but also considers how to enhance the next iteration for ease and scalability.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in daily tasks; experience in building or automating workflows with AI tools is a strong plus.
• Outstanding written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive individual who values ownership, communicates effectively, and is at ease operating with minimal structure -- you will frequently be establishing the process rather than adhering to one.
• US-based, with a comfort level for remote work and occasional travel for team gatherings and customer interactions.
• Competitive compensation package, featuring a robust base salary, performance-based bonuses, and the potential for additional earnings.
• Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and commuter benefits.
• Generous monthly reimbursement for health and wellness expenses.
• Unique exposure to new business development at the crossroads of artificial intelligence and healthcare.
• The opportunity to tackle challenging problems and collaborate with leading experts from healthcare provider networks, academia, and the industry.
• A chance to work alongside a highly skilled, close-knit team and world-renowned mentors who can serve as a support network and sounding board throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
