Senior Operations Executive, Healthcare Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement research deliverables, such as screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, analysis planning (content analysis templates, tabspecs), report setup and quality assurance, report writing, and additional project documentation.

• Assist and carry out data review and management processes with precision and meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with the mid-shift team in the Philippines through organized handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.

• Work directly with project teams based in the US to efficiently and accurately complete project tasks.

• Oversee scheduling for meetings and fieldwork services, guaranteeing seamless and timely coordination.

• Thoroughly document progress to facilitate smooth handovers and alignment with project teams.

• Acquire and utilize project management software to monitor and optimize project workflows.

• Proven experience in a market research agency, showcasing proficiency in scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and the development or review of materials throughout the project lifecycle.

• Capability to manage tasks across both qualitative and quantitative market research projects.

• Effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while upholding exceptional quality and accuracy.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, especially for collaboration across shifts and time zones.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Background in pharmaceutical market research projects.
