Senior Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete operations for Edifecs hosted or client-hosted application instances

• Provide L2 and L3 technical support to enterprise clients

• Conduct root cause analysis for issues

• Collaborate with Product Support Engineers and development teams

• Evaluate application and database performance

• Create, enhance, and sustain custom monitoring systems

• Establish and uphold deployment standards

• Consistently identify opportunities for task automation

• Manage submission cycles proactively

• Gather all essential problem details from clients

• Effectively replicate customer issues in a controlled setting

• Adhere to standard operational procedures for case management

• Provide a consistent, responsive, and satisfying customer experience

• Continuously refine troubleshooting abilities

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

• Proficiency in Java and JMS

• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle

• Familiarity with Web/Application Servers such as Apache Tomcat and IBM WAS

• Experience with both Windows and Unix platforms

• Skilled in resolving complex technical issues

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong decision-making skills
