• Take complete responsibility for the comprehensive communication strategy.

• Create and implement all messaging directed at end customers.

• Collaborate with Content Designers and Risk team members.

• Partner with colleagues to investigate AI capabilities.

• Work alongside others to manage the distribution of notifications.

• Assist the broader team in executing service communications.

• Navigate internal approval processes swiftly.

• Engage in post-incident review discussions.

• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.

• Active interest in utilizing AI tools and mass communication platforms.

• Experience in analyzing and leveraging performance data.

• Ability to present information in a clear and accessible manner.

• Knowledge of contact center operations and performance indicators.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
