This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the primary operational specialist for Okta, concentrating on the configuration, deployment, and management of identity workflows.
• Lead initiatives to automate repetitive identity operations tasks, utilizing tools such as Okta Workflows, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
• Support the daily administration and operational upkeep of Microsoft Entra ID, emphasizing user authentication, access provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Create scalable solutions to guarantee the ongoing efficiency and reliability of identity management processes.
• Oversee and sustain the availability and performance of Workforce Identity platforms, including both Okta and Entra ID.
• Diagnose and resolve identity-related incidents and access requests swiftly to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory mandates (e.g., SOX, GDPR) throughout all identity operations.
• Supply audit-ready documentation and assist governance efforts in identity and access management.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure identity operations align with wider organizational objectives.
• Actively engage in the formulation and implementation of Zero Trust principles.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics.
• Produce operational reports and insights to assess and enhance identity services.
• Over 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations, with a specialization in Okta and Entra administration.
• Proficiency in Okta implementation, including advanced features like Workflows, API integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for fundamental user management, group policies, and role assignments.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve identity-related incidents.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, combined with a detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
