This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Branch.
• Deliver direct operational support for MCCS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives and enterprise resource management activities.
• Aid in the establishment of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes for both appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) programs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across MCICOM and Headquarters Marine Corps, producing executive-level analytical materials with minimal oversight from the government.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in supporting DoD resource management, program analysis, installation support programs, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or similar military community support programs.
• Proven experience in developing executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products.
• Experience in facilitating senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, or strategic planning initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to independently handle complex assignments with minimal government oversight.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
