This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and deliver subject matter expertise across various client services, claims, implementations, clinical, non-clinical, and IT sectors to effectively manage workflows.
• Supervise operations utilizing internal reports and conducting ad-hoc data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance.
• Collect, assess, document, and convey business and functional requirements.
• Incorporate new-client workflows into existing operations.
• Support functionality and regression testing for enhancements, implementations, and coding efforts.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and requests.
• Address production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Create presentations and conduct analyses for communication with senior management.
• Research, design, develop, and sustain projects and business solutions.
• Convert business requests into system rules and assess functionality for operational efficiencies.
• Document and sustain business workflows and requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams on projects and implementations.
• Assist in internal and external training for both clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Aid in the development of performance metrics, dashboards, and valuation support.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Health Services, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership potential and a natural aptitude for technology, operations, project management, or healthcare settings.
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and communicating business and functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic experience in writing and modifying SQL queries for troubleshooting, research, and analysis purposes.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
• Quick learner of new systems and technologies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and documenting workflow enhancements.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar work-management tools.
• Experience in supporting client implementations or significant operational initiatives.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Background in supporting operational platforms, application enhancements, system implementations, and technology-enabled business processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
• This role is not eligible for performance in Colorado.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber-optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required.
