This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Lead the creation and refinement of customer engagement strategies for Innovative Accounts, driving growth across a varied Oncology product portfolio.
• Act as a liaison with SCG partners regarding access opportunities, encompassing complex contract strategies, education, contract implementation, and GPO pull-through.
• Explore innovative opportunities beyond access positions, such as collaborations with regional affiliates, market-level pull-through, and ancillary account businesses.
• Contribute to and guide the short- and long-term vision and direction for Innovative Account Plans, ensuring aligned action plans and deliverables.
• Shape and inform treatment guidelines, labels, and standards of care, including the coordination of new product launches in high-science disease areas with targeted therapies.
• Convert customer objectives, challenges, and market dynamics into strategic plans that enhance customer engagement and account outcomes.
• Cultivate customer relationships and collaboratively develop compliant value solutions with key stakeholders, health population decision-makers, IDNs, academic health systems, and community oncology organizations.
• Integrate the Janssen portfolio and services into the Innovative Account infrastructure and prepare markets for the launch of brands.
• Serve as the Brand or Project lead/liaison with the Field Franchise team.
• Examine internal and external market data along with regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends to evaluate business opportunities and priorities.
• Provide support for the Dana Farber territory, including DFCI, MGB, and Beth Israel.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years in Key Account Management or previous managerial experience.
• Experience in Key Account Management focusing on Health Systems rather than Sites of Care, with primary MBO responsibility for Demand Facilitation rather than Demand Generation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including key stakeholders and care-delivery models.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license within the 50 United States.
• Proven track record in leadership and people development.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent social, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in navigating complex accounts and building relationships with diverse partners.
• Ability to address intricate business and partnership challenges.
• Competent in analyzing highly complex quantitative and qualitative data.
• Possess intellectual curiosity and ambition.
• Capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks and projects.
• Preferred: at least two (2) years of management or people-leadership experience.
• Preferred: diverse and cross-functional work experience with internal processes.
• Preferred: customer engagement or sales experience within Oncology/Hematology.
