This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Lead the formulation and execution of customer engagement strategies for Innovative Accounts, driving growth across a varied Oncology product portfolio.
• Act as a liaison to SCG partners regarding access opportunities, which includes complex contract strategies, education, contract implementation, and GPO pull-through.
• Identify innovative avenues beyond access strategies, such as regional affiliate collaborations, market-level pull-through, and ancillary account businesses.
• Guide the short- and long-term vision and direction for Innovative Account Plans in collaboration with overlapping J&J partners, detailing action plans and deliverables.
• Shape and provide insights on treatment guidelines, labels, and standards of care, while coordinating new product launches in high-science disease areas featuring targeted therapies.
• Convert customer objectives, challenges, and market dynamics into strategic plans that enhance customer engagement and account results.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and co-develop compliant value solutions with key stakeholders, health population decision-makers, IDNs, academic health systems, and community oncology organizations.
• Integrate the Janssen portfolio and services into the infrastructure of Innovative Accounts and prepare markets for brand launches.
• Function as a Brand or Project lead/liaison with the Field Franchise team.
• Evaluate internal and external market data to identify business opportunities and priorities, including trends in regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement.
• Support the Dana Farber territory, encompassing DFCI, MGB, and Beth Israel.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least eight years of pertinent work experience is necessary.
• A minimum of four years of Key Account Management experience or previous managerial-level experience is required.
• Experience in Key Account Management focusing on Health Systems rather than Sites of Care, with primary MBO responsibilities for Demand Facilitation instead of Demand Generation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including key stakeholders and care-delivery models.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
• A valid driver's license within the 50 United States is essential.
• At least two years of management or people-leadership experience is preferred.
• Diverse and cross-functional experience with internal processes is favored.
• Customer engagement or sales experience in Oncology/Hematology is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies such as AI is preferred.
• Strong track record in leadership and people development.
• Possess strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent social, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
