This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Execute strategic initiatives across a diverse territory or multi-state region, achieving lasting commercial success.
• Enhance relationships with healthcare providers and establish connections with key stakeholders to promote awareness of Exelixis oncology therapies and ensure their appropriate application.
• Utilize advanced analytics and market data to optimize territory strategies and inform internal planning processes.
• Collaborate across functions to provide integrated solutions that tackle clinical, operational, and access-related challenges.
• Recognize emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs within the designated territory.
• Exemplify compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement in all interactions.
• Drive strategic pull-through initiatives in partnership with access and reimbursement teams.
• Act as a field-based representative for new product launches, pilot programs, and strategic projects.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, integrated delivery networks, and institutional decision-makers.
• Assist regional leadership with business planning, training, and performance assessment.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, sharing best practices and facilitating skill enhancement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with 9 years of experience for a BS/BA or 7 years for a Master’s; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in oncology sales.
• Experience in launching products is essential.
• Capability to influence by conveying complex clinical information effectively.
• Strong skills in business planning.
