Senior Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the onboarding process independently across all provider segments and states, including intricate setups involving multiple providers, locations, and compliance requirements.

• Oversee a portfolio of up to 25 onboarding projects along with additional advanced provider onboarding initiatives.

• Handle enterprise accounts while delivering high-touch, on-site support to premier accounts, traveling as necessary.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

• Act as the main relationship owner for designated or delegated partnerships.

• Drive improvements in tooling, workflows, and processes while achieving service-level targets.

• Lead personal performance objectives and convert performance metrics into collaborative strategies.

• Enhance handoff procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing with Practice Success Manager leads and the onboarding lead.

• Mentor and train junior onboarding managers.

• Responsible for revenue outcomes linked to launches, including accountability for GMV starting in Q4.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios with strong customer satisfaction results.

• Experience in overseeing strategic partnerships, including optimization of tools and workflows.

• Proven ability to meet or surpass service-level targets.

• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and converting performance data into strategic actions.

• Willingness and capability to travel as required for on-site support to premier accounts.

• Experience in mentoring or training team members.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly in enhancing handoff processes between teams.

• Ability to work remotely while residing in the United States.

• Must be able to address current or future visa sponsorship needs to work in the United States.
