Customer Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Tekmetric products.

• Conduct comprehensive account walkthroughs and assist new clients with their implementation processes.

• Communicate the requirements and expectations for account setup to customers and key stakeholders.

• Educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Tekmetric.

• Document implementation requirements, requests, and inquiries in HubSpot, relaying this information to Tekmetric leadership.

• Ensure customers receive exemplary service.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering teams.

• Utilize customer feedback to enhance the onboarding experience continuously.

• Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ business and operational goals.

• Actively listen to customers and pose clarifying questions to guarantee effective use of Tekmetric.

• Build relationships with new customer stakeholders and strengthen connections with existing ones.

• Oversee and manage customer data migrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or a client-facing role.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proven history of proactively addressing escalated client service challenges while providing insights to the organization.

• Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with various levels within enterprise organizations, spanning from Directors to C-Suite executives.

• Ability to enhance team processes and provide strategic direction.

• Capacity to collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to resolve issues effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
