This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Act as the main point of contact for new clients during their first 30–90 days of onboarding.
• Establish initial client relationships and guide customers through the onboarding journey.
• Facilitate virtual one-on-one training sessions regarding the platform and services.
• Assist clients in tailoring the platform to meet their unique business needs and encourage early product adoption.
• Identify client requirements, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate potential challenges.
• Provide consultative solutions aimed at reducing churn and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, milestones, and documentation across various platforms.
• Promote cross-functional visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Over 3 years of experience in a SaaS setting, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
• Ability to distill complex ideas, actively listen, build trust, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Competence in managing multiple onboarding projects and timelines concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM/customer success tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, or HubSpot is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Additional knowledge of AI platforms is a plus.
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
• Understanding of landscaping, arborist, or field service operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in French or Spanish is a benefit.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
• Must possess valid work authorization to be employed by any organization in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship.
