This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee, monitor, and manage the handling of requests and inquiries from Courts, Police, Public Prosecution, and similar entities.
• Assist the Manager and unit Head in supervising daily team operations and verifying responses.
• Ensure the appropriate escalation of sensitive, complex, or high-risk issues.
• Collaborate with branch managers, internal departments, regulators, and support functions.
• In-depth knowledge of government and regulatory processes related to banking.
• Strong skills in checking, monitoring, reporting, and supervising teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools while adhering to data privacy and compliance regulations.
• Capability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and assist the team in meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), MIS reporting, dashboards, trackers, and AI applications.
• Quality Checking: Evaluate and validate responses, case actions, and supporting documents prior to closure or submission.
• Team Monitoring: Supervise daily team activities, pending cases, aging items, and SLA compliance across UAE and Qatar matters, including requests from the Qatar Central Bank and court orders received through approved channels.
• Qatar Support: Oversee and assist with Qatar-related requests, including inquiries from the Qatar Central Bank, court orders, online platform requests, and associated correspondence, ensuring proper tracking, timely responses, and necessary escalations.
• Supervision: Provide daily oversight and guidance to officers managing court orders, police letters, prosecution requests, and related inquiries.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all communications and actions align with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, SOPs, and approved authority limits.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and present MIS, productivity updates, aging reports, SLA reports, exception summaries, and management dashboards as required.
• Escalation Control: Identify delays, exceptions, operational risks, and sensitive cases, escalating them promptly to management with clear recommendations.
• Inbox Oversight: Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure that emails from government entities and internal stakeholders are assigned, tracked, and responded to within agreed timelines.
• Systems Oversight: Manage case processing through Velocity - MOFT and other relevant systems, ensuring accurate updates, proper documentation, and comprehensive audit trails.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with branches, Operations, Compliance, Technology, CIBG, RBG, Legal, and Head Office to resolve outstanding issues and enhance response quality.
• Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing controls, trackers, templates, automation initiatives, and operational workflows within the unit.
• Other Duties: Execute other supervisory, RCSA, monitoring, and reporting tasks as assigned by line management.
