This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Propel revenue expansion by acquiring new partners within the designated territory.
• Facilitate lead generation, assessment, and conversion into opportunities and finalized sales.
• Proactively seek out and finalize opportunities for NWEA Products and Services.
• Exhibit strategic management of the assigned territory through an understanding of funding sources, state initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at penetrating and expanding within the designated geographic area.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles involving numerous stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Utilize Salesforce to track prospect opportunities and pipelines for new products and services, ensuring data remains accurate and current.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related discipline is required.
• Ideally, possess 3-5 years of field sales experience, particularly in the educational market.
• Proven experience in initiating, acquiring, and expanding mid-sized and strategic accounts.
• Familiarity with NWEA products, services, procedures, and implementation is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the K-12 education sector and assessment methodologies.
