This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Assess incoming inquiries and prioritize opportunities that offer the highest value.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to establish scope, budget, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and timelines.
• Inform potential clients about manufacturing capabilities, formulation alternatives, and pricing structures.
• Oversee a consultative sales cycle lasting 2–4 weeks, ensuring proactive follow-up.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to verify feasibility and capacity.
• Finalize signed agreements and secure initial deposits.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience in sectors such as cosmetics, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales approach.
• Strong capability to clearly articulate technical processes during video calls.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous remote work experience is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar).
