This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Identifying and securing new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
β’ Achieving and surpassing quarterly and yearly sales goals.
β’ Overseeing the complete sales cycle, which includes prospecting, meetings, demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and post-sale handoffs.
β’ Generating sales through proactive outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads.
β’ Clearly conveying the benefits of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to both technical and business stakeholders.
β’ Tracking pipeline activity and sales performance using Salesforce.
β’ Managing quotes, order processing, and addressing general customer inquiries.
β’ A minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in infrastructure and/or cloud technology sales.
β’ A proven history of outstanding performance (top 10%) in competitive settings.
β’ A tenacious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach.
β’ Experience in fast-paced technology companies.
β’ Exceptional communication skills across all channels (in-person, virtual, written).
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce.
β’ Comfortable working remotely with teams across the globe.
