This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding changing customer needs and aligning them with OneStream’s offerings.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through self-generated efforts and collaboration with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances.
• Keep Salesforce records clean, accurate, and current to support data-driven decision-making, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare and deliver customized business cases, proposals, and SaaS agreements that correspond with customer objectives and OneStream’s value proposition.
• Balance new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Act as a consultative partner by providing insights and value that promote long-term customer success and retention.
• Effectively communicate OneStream’s differentiators through engaging written, virtual, and in-person presentations.
• Diligently track and forecast sales opportunities while ensuring timely knowledge transfer among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery sessions, research, and demonstrations to evaluate and align OneStream offerings with client challenges.
• Create impactful proposals and responses to client requests, fostering revenue growth and strategic alignment.
• Serve as a role model within the sales organization by exemplifying professionalism, accountability, and collaborative selling behavior.
• 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, primarily focused on new business; exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing quotas through the acquisition of net-new customers.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing intricate deals.
• Hunter mindset with the capability to drive outbound initiatives and convert leads from various channels.
• Proficient in articulating solution value to senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger to manage intricate sales cycles.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen to align solutions with customer pain points and objectives.
• Comfortable working independently in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Experienced in collaborating with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Pre-Sales to enhance deal velocity.
