• We are looking for a motivated and commercially savvy Senior New Business Sales Executive for our client, a prominent player in risk management and claims administration within the logistics industry.
• In this essential role, you will concentrate on broadening the company's reach by acquiring new clients and fostering valuable partnerships with freight, logistics, and courier companies.
• This position goes beyond a conventional sales role; it demands a consultative expert capable of navigating intricate B2B interactions, engaging with C-suite executives, and influencing market strategy.
• You will oversee the complete sales cycle—ranging from prospecting and virtual meetings to in-person visits—showcasing a value proposition that emphasizes revenue generation and risk management.
• This is a chance for a self-motivated individual to take charge of a territory and create a significant impact in a high-performance setting.
• Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Sales Experience: Over 5 years of experience in New Business sales.
• Industry Experience: Required experience in B2B Freight, Logistics, courier, or supply chain sectors.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) to accurately maintain forecasting, activity logs, and pipeline health.
• Consultative Selling: Ability to guide complex sales interactions, delivering sophisticated solutions to owners, directors, and senior executives.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities to monitor KPIs, including monthly revenue objectives, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and a readiness to travel for face-to-face client meetings and industry trade shows.
