Senior Network Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive advancements powered by AI and operational efficiencies with an initial focus on network engineering (NetEng), OSS, and network operations to improve system performance and reliability.

• Lead the planning and execution of intricate network migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and zero outages for end-users.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.

• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to tackle potential challenges and ensure project continuity.

• Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

• Create and oversee the roadmap for future AI-driven network initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and technological advancements.

• Supervise the overall execution of the NetEng team, offering leadership and direction for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and the ethical integration of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in hardware, network, or large-scale migration projects.

• Proven experience in successfully leading complex projects aimed at minimizing impact on end-users and maintaining the highest service SLA.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
