This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop reference architectures and blueprints for comprehensive solutions that integrate GPU and networking into data center environments.

• Assist account teams in pinpointing new business prospects for NVIDIA Networking products and technological solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales teams and Product Marketing to provide tailored customer solutions.

• Deliver technical account management for key accounts related to NVIDIA Networking products.

• Conduct customer meetings to discuss product updates, introduce new technologies, and present roadmaps.

• Respond to RFP/RFI proposals that outline network designs for AI factories, HPC clusters, cloud, and enterprise settings.

• Create and present customized product demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Oversee technically complex networking deployments and design-in opportunities.

• Investigate and resolve performance issues with new technologies at customer locations.

• Prepare and present technical training sessions.

• Offer constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements and future developments, including enhancement requests supported by business rationale.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solution Architect or comparable Sales Engineering positions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, datacenter engineering, networking, or cloud applications.

• Extensive networking knowledge, including considerations of network topology.

• Strong understanding of L2/L3 Ethernet and other networking protocols.

• Knowledge of system-level challenges, encompassing operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.

• Proficient technical presentation skills and confidence in developing proofs of concept.

• A strong sense of achievement coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under competing deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, primarily within the EMEA region.

• Familiarity with low-latency/high-bandwidth interconnects such as InfiniBand/Ethernet is a plus.

• Previous experience with AI is advantageous.

• Capability to manage and resolve critical customer issues.

• Expertise in designing data-center physical infrastructure, including considerations for power, cooling, and space planning.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools.
