Senior Network Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop reference architectures and blueprints for comprehensive solutions that integrate GPU and networking within data-center environments.

• Assist account teams in pinpointing business prospects for NVIDIA Networking products and technology solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales teams and Product Marketing to create customer solutions.

• Provide technical account management for key accounts utilizing NVIDIA Networking products.

• Conduct meetings with customers to update them on products and introduce new technological solutions.

• Present product roadmaps to customers and technology partners.

• Address RFP/RFI proposals that include network designs for AI factories, HPC clusters, cloud, and enterprise environments.

• Create and present customized product demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Oversee complex networking deployments and design opportunities.

• Analyze and troubleshoot technology performance challenges at client locations.

• Prepare and present technical training sessions.

• Offer constructive engineering insights regarding product requirements and development, including enhancement requests supported by business rationale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar Sales Engineering role.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, data center engineering, networking, or cloud applications.

• Extensive networking experience, including knowledge of network topology considerations.

• Strong understanding of L2/L3 Ethernet and other networking protocols.

• Awareness of system-level challenges, including operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.

• Proficient technical presentation skills with confidence in developing proofs of concept.

• A strong sense of accomplishment and a customer-centric mindset.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as required, primarily within EMEA, approximately 30% of the time.

• Knowledge of low-latency/high-bandwidth interconnects such as InfiniBand/Ethernet is a plus.

• Prior knowledge of AI is an advantage.

• Capability to manage and resolve critical customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in designing data-center physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and space considerations.
