Associate Solution Engineer – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and execution of software demonstrations alongside the Sales team.

• Document procedures and perform workflow analysis within the retail sector.

• Serve as a technical resource and intermediary between the sales team and clients.

• Collaborate with Product Managers on potential product advancements.

• Help facilitate customer or prospect webinars.

• Provide technical and business-use expertise on Epicor Retail POS to support both direct and channel sales, aiding in closing ERP sales opportunities.

• Travel domestically up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP background.

• Experience supporting both direct and channel sales.

• Familiarity with retail or POS systems.

• Proven experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a track record of success and knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Openness to domestic travel of up to 30%.
