Senior Network Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical escalation point, spearheading the investigation and resolution of intricate network incidents across global corporate, retail, distribution center, data center, and cloud settings.

• Oversee major incident response efforts by collaborating with operations, engineering, information security, business teams, and service providers.

• Drive operational enhancements in areas such as monitoring, alerting, problem management, documentation, lifecycle management, compliance, and change readiness.

• Provide mentorship to Network Operations team members and deliver daily technical support.

• Develop internal capabilities to lessen reliance on external service providers.

• Leverage operational data, automation, and AI-driven tools to pinpoint recurring issues, enhance root-cause analysis, optimize manual processes, and foster proactive network operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in network operations, enterprise network support, infrastructure operations, or a similar technical position.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, network segmentation, and monitoring.

• Proven experience in leading complex troubleshooting efforts, major incident responses, high-priority escalations, problem management, and service improvements within a global enterprise environment.

• Experience in providing technical mentorship or guidance to operations professionals and coordinating tasks across engineering teams, security teams, business stakeholders, and service providers.

• Practical experience with network observability, operational analytics, or automation technologies.

• Capability to utilize data and AI-driven insights responsibly to enhance network reliability and operational efficiency.
