Senior Network Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment and contracting activities for small, mid-size, and large healthcare providers, including physicians, physician groups, and facilities.

• Create and negotiate contracts effectively.

• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers.

• Ensure strategic coverage within the designated territory.

• Educate providers and provide ongoing support and service.

• May take on responsibilities or assist with contracting or support services for large or complex groups and facilities.

• Must be able and willing to travel within designated areas, including overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in provider contracting OR 7 years of business experience that includes 3 years in provider contracting.

• Familiarity with provider and facility contracting, products, and claims/processing systems.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Skills in relationship building.

• Good understanding of the marketplace.

• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and planning capabilities.

• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Must be able and willing to travel within assigned areas, including overnight stays.
