This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop and implement content strategies for social media, defining objectives, target audience, and KPIs;
• Create and execute content strategies (*always-on* and campaigns), establishing KPIs, target audiences, and editorial calendars while continuously optimizing platform presence to meet brand objectives.
• Monitor trends and conduct market/competitor research to identify *insights* and opportunities using *social listening* tools.
• Manage strategic relationships with influencers and celebrities (and their agents), ensuring authentic deliveries that resonate with the brand's DNA.
• Brief and lead partner agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, quality of deliverables, and performance of actions with stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance, generating periodic reports with critical analyses of KPIs and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in communication committees, providing data-driven *insights* for alignment with the global strategy.
• Manage the social media marketing budget, always seeking the best cost-benefit for initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Propaganda, Marketing, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields;
• Experience: Strong background in social-first content planning, managing influencer squads, and interfacing with partner agencies;
• Strategic Vision: 360º view of consumer touchpoints, with the ability to place the customer at the center to build relevant, assertive, and impactful communication;
• AI Tools: Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools for workflow optimization and content intelligence, focusing on the use of Gemini;
• Tech & Analytics: Mastery of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) for constructing and defending strategic presentations;
• Behavioral Profile: Proactive stance, keen attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to mobilize and influence cross-functional teams to generate collective value;
• Trends: Continuous learning mindset and a keen eye on the dynamics, creative formats, and real-time trends of social media;
