Senior Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable spine/leaf network designs for AI data centers.

• Develop high-performance Ethernet fabrics that support GPU clusters and AI workloads.

• Construct and manage environments utilizing EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, and high-speed routing.

• Enhance east-west traffic flows for AI training and inference activities.

• Provide support for RoCE/RDMA networking and low-latency transport technologies.

• Facilitate backbone, DCI, WAN, and edge connectivity solutions.

• Collaborate with compute, storage, AI platform, and operations teams to deliver cohesive infrastructure solutions.

• Create automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for network provisioning and operations.

• Diagnose complex network, performance, and congestion issues across distributed environments.

• Enhance network observability, telemetry, and operational visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Cumulus NOS.

• Over 5 years of experience in extensive data center networking.

• Knowledgeable in spine-leaf architectures and L3 fabrics.

• Familiar with BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN.

• Experience operating in high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-dense settings.

• Skilled in designing networks for hyperscalers, neoclouds, or large-scale SaaS infrastructures.

• Proficient in automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.

• Experience with network observability tools and telemetry pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability to design systems that can scale to thousands of nodes.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
