Network Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in all tasks related to the development and maintenance of physician, practitioner, group, and/or facility service delivery systems.

• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to manage network administration and responsibilities.

• Evaluate network requirements and analyze the composition of the network.

• Recruit individual, group, and/or organizational providers to ensure compliance with network adequacy standards.

• Execute and oversee contracting and amendment initiatives.

• Provide resolution for issues and perform complex troubleshooting for providers.

• Facilitate provider education and relationship-building activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.

• Capacity to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint.

• At least 1 year of experience in a related position or field.
