This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The GHRN Repair Consultant oversees the management of the repair process for the Good Hands Repair Network (GHRN) and addresses moderately complex repair challenges within the network.
• This role entails monitoring assigned tasks, documenting claim files, and addressing inquiries from shops, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Selected individuals may also evaluate network performance and capacity to enhance the GHRN footprint.
• You will take on various responsibilities throughout your day, all of which require a certain level of expertise.
• A solid understanding of auto technical repair in a collision repair environment, including familiarity with repair methodologies and processes, as well as the ability to identify related and unrelated damages.
• Prior experience with an auto estimating program such as CCC One and a robust background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred).
• Experience in writing estimates for insurance preferred shops or as an auto damage adjuster is advantageous.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and repair processes is essential.
• Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
