This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the execution of a multi-phase Network 2.0 transformation.
• Implement and provide support for Arista-based data center fabric architectures.
• Configure and integrate Palo Alto firewalls effectively.
• Assist in the design of datacenter consolidation and interconnect solutions.
• Deploy and validate essential core, edge, and management network components.
• Lead the staging process and proof-of-concept validation efforts.
• Transition legacy configurations into contemporary Arista and Palo Alto environments.
• Carry out phased integration and cutover activities.
• Conduct post-cutover validation to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with client and ISP teams to schedule change windows effectively.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure implementation.
• Strong practical expertise with: Arista EOS (EVPN/VXLAN, MLAG, BGP) and Palo Alto firewalls (policy, NAT, Panorama).
• In-depth understanding of: Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Data center networking and segmentation (VRFs, VLANs), and High availability design (ECMP, BFD, clustering).
• Proven experience with network migrations, cutovers, and large-scale infrastructure transitions.
• Strong troubleshooting and validation skills across routing, security, and connectivity layers.
