Senior NetSuite Consultant, SuiteCloud Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Consultant - SuiteCloud at Bryant Park Consulting, you will take on the responsibility of being either the lead or supporting technical consultant for comprehensive implementations of NetSuite scripted customizations and data integrations for our Clients, all within the framework of their broader digital transformation goals.

• Client stakeholders and fellow consultants on the team will look to you for guidance in technical leadership and systems architecture, drawing on your extensive experience in technical NetSuite and business systems transformation.

• Take a proactive stance and act as the Client's advocate throughout engagements.

• Work in collaboration with functional counterparts to create tailored solutions that fulfill Client needs.

• Convert intricate business requirements and processes into technical designs.

• Oversee technical process mapping/reengineering and develop future state technical designs for integrations and customizations.

• Challenge Clients and other project team members regarding requirements definitions and ensure that the technical approach adheres to best practices.

• Prepare technical design documents for Client review and approval.

• Direct technical activities during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT).

• Manage System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution activities.

• Establish data conversion/migration strategies and corresponding technical specifications, leading data migration efforts.

• Provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting for Clients post go-live as necessary.

• Lead and/or assist in technical project management tasks such as status meetings, planning, and change control.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and enhance technical skills in all areas as required by customer engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

• Over 3 years of practical experience in NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration, with at least 6 full life cycle implementations.

• NetSuite Certifications are highly preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.

• Proven capability to manage interactions with clients and team members effectively, communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in designing end-to-end solutions using SuiteCloud Platform tools, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.

• Enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff.

• Experience with Git/SDF.

• Familiarity with React/Node JS is a plus but not required.
