Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain RESTful APIs utilizing C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET Core while incorporating secure authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, or equivalent protocols.

• Create, package, and deploy API solutions via automated CI/CD pipelines, and publish services using Azure API Management for routing, versioning, policy enforcement, monitoring, and security.

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional tests for .NET APIs to guarantee application quality, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, backend data providers, architects, and QA teams to outline API designs, integration strategies, and testing methodologies.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while upholding comprehensive technical documentation and facilitating ongoing platform improvements.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to enhance coding efficiency, testing, debugging, and the overall software delivery process within an Agile environment.

• Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required to assist team objectives and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

• Proficient in developing RESTful APIs with C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

• Extensive experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, or similar identity and access management protocols.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API deployment, Azure API Management, and software testing practices in enterprise application settings.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and technical documentation skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in Agile software development teams and cross-functional technical environments.
