Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain intricate e-commerce solutions utilizing .NET and .NET Core frameworks, Azure, and C#.

• Assess client requests and tailor solutions that align with both the technical team's capabilities and the client's requirements.

• Engage in client meetings to address technical inquiries.

• Collaborate with the delivery team to define, estimate, document, and review the technical solutions for projects.

• Work across teams and platforms to exchange knowledge and resolve issues.

• Establish and advocate for best practices that empower the team to create high-quality applications.

• Collaborate effectively with the delivery and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions delivered adhere to the expected quality and performance standards.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as necessary.

• Partner with the engineering team to set technical directions and guarantee developmental progress for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications.

• At least 3 years of experience with .NET and .NET Core frameworks.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Azure.

• Understanding of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API first, Cloud Native, and Headless).

• Comprehensive knowledge of the C# programming language.

• Experience in complex web development and/or digital transformation projects.

• Background in e-Commerce projects is advantageous.

• Experience within an agency or consultancy setting.

• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and JIRA.

• A keen interest in technology and an ability to advocate for necessary changes, maintaining a strong focus on quality and usability.

• Familiarity with SCRUM methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

• Eagerness to learn new concepts and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
