Senior .NET Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services utilizing .NET Core and the most recent versions of the .NET platform.

• Collaborate in the architecture of new features and the enhancement of existing systems.

• Ensure code integrity through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to development best practices such as SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.

• Develop and improve observability solutions, encompassing metrics, logs, and traces.

• Utilize tools like Dynatrace to oversee the availability, health, and performance of applications in a production environment.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, assisting in the deployment and management of services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an emphasis on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, adhering to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Perform code reviews and contribute to the team's technical development.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Backend Developer.

• Proficiency with .NET Core, .NET 8 or later, and C#.

• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.

• Familiarity with unit and integration testing practices.

• Experience using Dynatrace for application monitoring, tracing, and performance evaluation.

• Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly GKE.

• Strong SQL capabilities and experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of asynchronous communication, queues, and messaging with technologies like Kafka or Pub/Sub.

• Awareness of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.

• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and software engineering best practices.
