This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Focus on sales and profitability within retail accounts.
• Generate and meet annual sales budgets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and expand existing business relationships with an emphasis on profitability.
• Continuously forecast for all accounts to provide optimal guidance for internal planning.
• Prepare for demand planner calls and ensure that inventory levels align with requirements.
• Develop and implement profitable promotional strategies at each retail account, followed by tracking results after events.
• Manage expenses related to Coop, Operations, Chargebacks, etc., for retail accounts and ensure spending remains within budget.
• Oversee item setup and maintenance within retailer platforms.
• Communicate strategic initiatives of the account base to internal Marketing and Produce Development teams.
• Handle all divisional communication with retail accounts and foster relationships accordingly.
• Acquire, interpret, and leverage available data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in setting sales objectives.
• Experience in managing a broker network to support account management.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting syndicated data sources.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Creative in generating and proposing innovative ideas and solutions to existing issues.
• Adaptable with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledgeable about consumer behaviors and industry trends.
