
Senior Munitions Readiness Consultant – Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the Army's logistics munitions readiness initiatives through operational planning, project implementation, and strategic efforts.
• Perform research and analysis to assess munitions readiness, organizational performance, operational trends, and emerging challenges.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to aid executive decision-making and program recommendations.
• Create executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications that support munitions readiness efforts.
• Aid in the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of munitions readiness policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate tasks and suggestions across various Army organizations and stakeholders to uphold enterprise readiness goals.
• Oversee project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to guarantee timely execution.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
• Distill complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that enhance readiness, mission performance, and organizational efficiency.
• Design performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to provide leadership insights and support informed decision-making.
• Assist in planning activities related to munitions readiness, capability evaluations, and program integration.
• Support business development efforts, including market research, proposal assistance, solution development, and client engagement as necessary.
• Undertake additional consulting, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in supporting Army logistics, munitions readiness, DoD, or other complex government entities.
• Experience in conducting operational analysis, readiness evaluations, program assessments, or organizational evaluations.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from diverse sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Demonstrated capacity to coordinate with various stakeholders and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• This position necessitates an active Secret security clearance.
