This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assume complete responsibility for developing and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
• Concentrate on acquiring new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with current accounts.
• Leverage established connections within the Tucson community to uncover business prospects.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business through data-driven insights and tools.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments and deliver customized marketing strategies.
• Represent our comprehensive range of solutions, including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance your clients’ reach and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and develop strategies.
• Work closely with your Market Leadership to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (mandatory).
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong work ethic, determination, and competitive spirit.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a vehicle (mandatory).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).
