Senior Mortgage Credit Analyst Support – AU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather, review, and evaluate client financial documents utilizing Hello packs and MyCRM.

• Conduct serviceability calculations, income shading, HEM benchmark comparisons, and debt-to-income (DTI) assessments.

• Examine financial records for self-employed clients, including tax returns and financial statements, and pinpoint allowable add-backs.

• Interpret lender credit guidelines from institutions such as CBA, Macquarie, and RedZed to assess lender suitability and identify decline risks proactively.

• Maintain thorough compliance documentation, encompassing signed consents, fact finds, and BID notes.

• Ensure that files are thoroughly prepared, aiming for 80%–100% data and document readiness prior to handoff.

• Keep statuses, notes, and tasks current in MyCRM.

• Organize and present completed files to onshore Senior Credit Analysts for final evaluation and submission via Apply Online / NextGen.

• Directly communicate policy specifics or missing information with brokers and credit personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Australian residential loan processing, submissions, or lender credit assessment.

• In-depth knowledge of serviceability mechanics, including buffer rates, HECS/HELP treatment, credit card limit loading, and LVR/LMI thresholds.

• Familiarity with MyCRM (LMG) is highly valued; experience with other Australian mortgage CRMs is accepted, provided there is technical proficiency and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proactive in identifying potential issues within files.

• Ability to work standard Australian business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST.
