
Senior Mobility Specialist – Immigration Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee assigned cases through the effective use of case management and billing systems.
• Offer guidance on specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a primary contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Deliver legal and strategic advice on immigration compliance service delivery to clients.
• Take charge of senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in managing significant projects.
• Track the Mobility dashboard, communication, and help channels to ensure adherence to SLA response times and accurate status reporting.
• Develop and oversee in-house immigration services to enhance revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Mentor and assist Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to the creation of training documentation for new service offerings and support the implementation of process changes.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
• Maintain internal documentation.
• Utilize immigration expertise to provide solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Report to the Manager, Mobility as part of the Mobility team.
• Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and standard immigration compliance processes.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth/scaling environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with remote work is beneficial.
• Strong skills in automation, AI capabilities, and fluency in AI technologies.
