This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee assigned cases through the effective use of case management and billing systems.
• Offer guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Provide legal and strategic advice on service delivery regarding immigration compliance to clients.
• Take charge of senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in managing large-scale projects.
• Monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication, and assistance channels to ensure timely SLA responses and accurate status updates.
• Develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue generation, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to the development of training documentation for new service offerings and assist in training rollouts for process updates.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of immigration law and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
• Manage internal documentation.
• Utilize immigration knowledge to provide solution-oriented responses to complex client cases.
• Report to the Manager, Mobility, as part of the Mobility team.
• Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Extensive background in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration and the typical processes involved in immigration compliance.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or in a rapidly growing and scaling setting is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with remote work is beneficial.
• Strong automation and AI skills, with fluency in AI technologies.
