This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee assigned cases by effectively utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Offer guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a primary contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Deliver legal and strategic advice regarding the service provision of immigration compliance to clients.
• Take charge of senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in managing large-scale projects.
• Keep track of the Mobility dashboard, communication, and help channels to guarantee adherence to SLA response times and precise status reporting.
• Create and manage in-house immigration services to enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency while improving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Mentor and assist Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to the development of training documentation for new service offerings and support training implementations for process modifications.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about immigration law and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory updates.
• Apply immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Report to the Manager of Mobility within the Mobility team.
• Immigration lawyer authorized to practice in Germany.
• Significant experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration and standard immigration compliance processes.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or a rapidly growing and scaling environment is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with remote work is a plus.
• Strong automation skills and fluency in AI technologies.
