This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Oversee assigned cases through the effective use of case management and billing systems.
• Offer advice for specific travel requirements, provide counsel on immigration procedures, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Deliver legal and strategic advice regarding the provision of immigration compliance services to clients.
• Take responsibility for managing senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in managing large-scale projects.
• Monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication, and assistance channels to ensure adherence to SLA response times and accurate status updates.
• Develop and enhance in-house immigration services to boost revenue, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Mentor and provide support to Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to the creation of training documentation for new service offerings and assist with the training rollout for process modifications.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with immigration laws and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
• Utilize immigration expertise to provide solution-oriented responses to complex client cases.
• Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Significant experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and standard compliance processes.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in the tech sector or within a hyper-growth and scaling environment is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience with remote work is a plus.
• Strong skills in automation, AI capabilities, and fluency in AI concepts.
