Senior Mobile Engineer – React Native

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain intricate, high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Lead the creation of shared UI components and design systems that maintain consistency across mobile and web applications.

• Offer technical direction and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, construct, and deliver comprehensive features.

• Identify and address complex performance issues, ensuring optimal responsiveness and user experience on both mobile and web platforms.

• Keep updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile and web development.

• Solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on React Native for creating production-grade mobile applications.

• Expert-level skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with a deep understanding of React, React Native, and their associated ecosystems.

• Proven experience or strong comprehension of web development principles and technologies. The ability to contribute to or comprehend web-based frontends is highly valued.

• Established capability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable software architectures.

• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, UI/UX patterns, and platform-specific considerations for both iOS and Android.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of debugging and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
