📋 Description

• Spearhead the mobile modernization initiative by transitioning legacy native iOS and Android applications to a robust React Native framework.

• Design and implement offline-first functionalities utilizing SQLite for local data retention and smooth backend synchronization.

• Leverage native iOS and/or Android development expertise to connect React Native with native device functionalities when standard modules fall short.

• Oversee the complete app lifecycle, encompassing migrations, version updates, and distribution to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Enhance mobile performance and guarantee a responsive user experience across various device platforms and operating systems.

• Maintain data integrity and local information during app migrations and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with strong, hands-on involvement in cross-platform mobile development using React Native.

• In-depth knowledge of SQLite and on-device data management, particularly in developing offline-first applications and managing intricate data synchronization.

• Solid foundation in native mobile development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).

• Established history of managing complex app migrations, ensuring local data retention during upgrades, and achieving successful App Store/Play Store launches.

• Experience in identifying and resolving mobile performance issues.

• High-Performance Mindset: Demonstrates resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Technologist DNA: Possesses a profound understanding of the distinction between "coding" and "engineering."

• Proficient in Oral English at an advanced level.

• Proficient in Spanish at an advanced level.
