Senior Mobile Developer, Kotlin, Android SDK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Android applications utilizing Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

• Assist in establishing and advocating for best practices in architecture, testing, and code quality

• Conduct code reviews and facilitate technical discussions

• Work in collaboration with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver features that are highly reliable

• Track app performance and participate in decisions regarding scalable architecture

• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers

• Create modern, scalable mobile solutions for applications that support significant infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and airports

• Make critical technical decisions and guide other engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Strong experience with Kotlin and the Android SDK

• Hands-on knowledge of Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and dependency injection frameworks like Hilt or Dagger

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and testing methodologies

• Effective communication skills and the ability to make independent technical decisions

• Comfortable working in English with globally distributed teams

• Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions is a plus

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture or other similar scalable methodologies is advantageous

• Experience in production environments with Firebase, Crashlytics, or Google Play Console is a plus

• Knowledge of feature flag tools and release management processes is advantageous
