Senior Midmarket Account Executive – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete sales cycle from start to finish across all deal sizes.

• Secure agreements with mid-market fintech companies and financial institutions.

• Maintain a structured, conversion-driven sales pipeline.

• Foster expansions, upsells, and sustainable account growth.

• Generate pipeline through a combination of inbound, outbound, and proactive market initiatives.

• Travel throughout the APAC region to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.

• Develop and utilize relationships within the regional fintech, banking, and compliance landscape.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Flagright’s platform and core FCC use cases.

• Comprehend the operational dynamics of AML/FCC teams across various institution sizes.

• Conduct highly credible product demonstrations independently.

• Effectively position Flagright against both established and modern competitors.

• Establish standards for deal quality, discovery depth, and demonstration execution.

• Mentor and uplift junior AEs and BDRs through deal reviews and constructive feedback.

• Participate in enhancing sales messaging, objection management, and internal playbooks.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs.

• Offer structured market and customer insights to guide product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct responsibility for closing deals.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is essential.

• Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, obtained directly or through closely related roles.

• Established professional network within relevant industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia.

• Comfortable managing mid-market deals from start to finish.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, structured approach.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
