📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Develop and sustain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, scripts, components, business rules, and platform extensions.

• Transform business requirements into feasible functional and technical solutions, adopting a practical, delivery-focused methodology.

• Assist in the management of entities, forms, views, and business rules.

• Design and oversee automation flows using Power Automate and engage in the development of supporting applications with Power Apps.

• Contribute to efforts aimed at optimizing and digitizing internal processes.

• Collaborate on integrations between Dynamics 365 and corporate systems, taking part in the definition and validation of interfaces with MuleSoft, internal systems, and external services.

• Execute technical testing and monitor integration-related incidents.

• Analyze and resolve second-level incidents.

• Carry out corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.

• Participate in deployments and validations across development, testing, and production environments.

• Contribute to the technical documentation of solutions and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Involvement in CRM system development or maintenance projects.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

• Experience with Azure Functions, Git, integrations via MuleSoft, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities related to CRM.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

• Capability to function in international work environments.
