This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the creative leader for our advertising initiatives.
• Oversee the entire process from the initial hook to the final performance assessment.
• Take ownership of the customer funnel rather than focusing solely on isolated copywriting tasks.
• You approach customer journeys with a comprehensive mindset — from the first impression to the final purchase.
• You are well-versed in landing pages, advertorials, listicles, VSLs, Meta ads, and UGC scripts, understanding what is effective on Meta, Google, and native platforms — and the reasons behind it.
• You create concepts and write scripts tailored for Meta and YouTube that are driven by hooks and validated through testing, not mere guesswork.
• You draft creative briefs that allow editors and UGC creators to work autonomously.
• You analyze creative performance via the Ads Manager, draw insights, and prepare briefs for subsequent iterations.
• You strategize creative rotations and establish a scalable testing process.
• You communicate with individuals, not just personas.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Creative Strategist specializing in performance creative or direct-response, ideally within DTC e-commerce.
• Proven track record of measurable results. You can provide specific metrics.
• Campaigns you have managed and copy that has demonstrated significant conversion rates.
• Established success with Meta video advertisements (VSLs, UGC-style, hook testing).
• A strong grasp of sales psychology. AIDA serves as your starting point, but not your destination.
• You are knowledgeable about hooks and storytelling frameworks (PAS, DIC, Before/After) and understand when to effectively utilize scarcity, urgency, and social proof — and when to omit them.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools within your workflow.
• Excellent command of the German language. Your writing resonates like a personal letter to a close friend — not a generic package insert.
• A proactive attitude. You do not wait for briefs to take action.
