Senior Meta Media Buyer – Ecomm/DTC Brands

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of paid social for up to 8 e-commerce accounts within a single pod.

• Plan, initiate, manage, and expand Meta campaigns in alignment with each client's revenue goals.

• Conduct the pre-launch quality assurance checklist and confirm status with the client.

• Participate in a daily 15-minute pulse meeting with your pod, a weekly creative-media synchronization with your strategist, conduct two deep-dive sessions with clients daily (one assigned day per client), and perform a safety sweep every Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience on the agency side managing multiple accounts - you have successfully handled 5-8 e-commerce accounts simultaneously and understand the dynamics; this role is not intended for first-time agency employees.

• Active involvement in Meta buying - you have been using the platform weekly for the past 2 years or more, personally managing budgets of $50K or more per month for each account (up to $500K per month).

• Proven track record of scaling - you can provide examples of accounts you have grown, including before-and-after spending and revenue figures.

• Proficiency in tracking - experience with pixel/CAPI, GA4, and at least one attribution stack (such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar); you trust your analytics because you configured them.

• Creative communication skills - you offer strategists actionable feedback (such as hooks, angles, and signs of fatigue), not just vague suggestions like "make it pop."

• Time zone compatibility - you must have a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time, and be available for the Mon/Wed/Fri launch schedules without exception.
