Senior Meta Ads, Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta advertising campaigns across various client accounts.

• Create lead-generation strategies aimed at producing qualified inquiries and boosting return on investment.

• Handle campaign budgets, including tracking, optimization, and scaling efforts.

• Utilize Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API to assess and enhance campaign performance.

• Formulate creative testing strategies and leverage campaign data to inform optimization choices.

• Evaluate performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and lower customer acquisition costs.

• Clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients.

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through proactive communication and accountability.

• Take responsibility for campaign results and support the agency's ongoing growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Meta Ads.

• Prior experience in managing multiple client accounts, ideally within a digital marketing agency.

• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads, decreasing acquisition costs, and enhancing ROI.

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and campaign tracking and optimization.

• Capability to manage budgets, devise creative testing strategies, and scale effective campaigns.

• Exceptional English communication skills, with experience collaborating with clients from Australia or the UK.

• Strong analytical abilities with the talent to convert campaign data into actionable insights.

• A commercial mindset, accountability, and robust client relationship management skills.

• Ability to work remotely while ensuring working-hour overlap with Sydney, Australia.

• Experience in generating leads for professional services, healthcare, legal services, or trades is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with managing paid advertising within an agency context is a strong plus.
